Include amsthm in cls (to make sure it is loaded before cleveref)

I have this recurrent issue that \Cref refers to, say, Lemmas as Theorems.

I have seen people to add explicit rules for \Cref to fix this.

However, the easiest (and probably best supported by cleveref) solution is to load amsthm before cleveref.

I understand that the template tries to keep a minimal setup.

On the other hand, other solutions (like loading cleveref again in the document) seem to introduce quite some redundancies and sources of errors (since the template cnahges a number of cleveref options)
